さて、政府は、今国会で、空き家対策特別措置法改正案を提出するのだそうです。

その概要は、空き家の活用を促すため、決められた区域内を対象に建て替え規制を緩和する特例措置を創設。管理不全の物件に対する固定資産税の優遇解除も盛り込まれます。改正案は３月上旬にも閣議決定する予定だそうです。

この建て替え規制緩和に関しては、中心市街地や地域の再生拠点といったエリアを対象に、市区町村が「活用促進区域」を設定できるようになります。

この中で、空き家の利用や建て替えなどを促進し、例えば、良好な住環境を確保するため用途が厳しく制限されている「第１種低層住居専用地域」で、空き家をカフェなどの店舗に使うことが可能となります。

しかし、誰も欲しがらなくなった田舎の土地に、親が残した古い家を改装してカフェにする人が多くいるんでしょうかね？

fallout

さて、経団連と連合の労使トップが23日会談し、2023年の春季労使交渉が始まりました。経団連の十倉雅和会長は「物価動向を重視しながら、企業の社会的責務として賃金引き上げの勢いの維持・強化にむけた積極的な対応」を呼び掛けると訴えています。

連合の芳野友子会長は今回の交渉を「労使が力を合わせて日本の未来をつくりかえるターニングポイントとすべきだ」とし、「大企業だけでなく中小企業やパート、契約社員なども含めて日本全体で継続した賃上げを実現しよう」と求めています。

こういう話し合いで賃上げが語られ、これに沿った賃上げを企業は身を削って行うのでしょうか？政府も企業に賃上げをお願いするだけで、何か具体的な政策を持っているのでしょうか？

今日は"Police say string of robberies and burglaries across Kanto may be connected"と言う記事からです。

さて、東京の狛江市で起きた強盗殺人事件の話です。19日午後5時半前、狛江市の住宅で大塩衣與さん（90）が手を縛られて殺害されているのが見つかりました。犯人はまだ見つかっていないようです。

この強盗殺人事件を含め、11月以来関東地方で起こっている一連の強盗は関連している可能性があるとの事です。

早く、根こそぎ逮捕して、大塩さんやその他の被害者が味わった恐怖を犯人に与えたいです。強盗殺人なので死刑だと思いますが。

絶対に許されない犯罪です。

今日は"France OKs Renault's reduction in Nissan stake"と言う記事からです。

bearは基本的な単語ですが、意味が沢山あって戸惑います。レベル2、英検準2級以上、TOEIC® L&Rスコア350点以上の単語です。

さて、久々に日産とルノーの記事です。

フランス政府は、ルノーが日産への出資を減らすことに同意した、と西村産業大臣が金曜日に発表しました。

ルノーは日産への出資比率を４３％から１５％に引き下げ、資本関係を対等にする見通しだそうです。まぁ、これではやくルノーと縁が切れればよいですね。

ところで、最近の就職したい会社の順位を見てみると、上位にトヨタとホンダはいますが、日産ってないですよね。ゴーンの事件とか、フランス政府に支配されている金づる会社と言うイメージがあるのでしょうね。

今の日産って、もしかして新卒では優秀な学生が来ないから、経験のある中途採用に力を入れているんでしょうか？

だいたいこういう人たちって、新卒のころは大学名や学業成績が問題で大手に行けないため、小さな会社か、大手の子会社に入社した人がほとんどだと思いますが、日産ってそういう人が多いんでしょうね。

今日は"Merger of two universities to create 'Institute of Science Tokyo'"と言う記事からです。

solicitは復習だと思います。レベル7、英検準1級、TOEIC® L&Rスコア730点以上の単語です。

さて、今日は医科歯科と東工大が統合した新大学の名称の話です。新しい名前は「東京科学大学」、英語では「Institute of Science Tokyo」だそうです。

新大学が「科学」の発展を担うという強い意志と、東京に本拠を置く大学であることから、名称の先頭は「東京」を継承したんだそうです。

医科歯科は医学部・歯学部2学部で学生数は約3000人、東工大は理・工など6学部で約1万人が学びます。

統合が実現した場合、研究力が高い上位旧帝大に並ぶ大学が誕生することになり、国が2021年度、国立大などに交付した運営費交付金で比較すると、トップは東大の835億円で、東京科学大学は北大(366億円)と同規模となります。

ところで、外語大と一橋を加えた4大学統合の話はもうなくなったんですかね？

さて、“異次元の少子化対策”の実現に向けて、政府は19日に初会合を開きました。年始早々「異次元の少子化対策に挑戦する」と強調していた岸田総理は欠席だったようです。
