さて、岸田首相は、ウクライナとロシアの戦争によりエネルギー価格が高騰しているため、原子力発電の再稼働を示唆しているようです。
昨年10月に策定された基本エネルギー計画によれば、政府は原子力発電のシェアを2020年度の3.9％から2030年度には国の総発電量の20〜22％に引き上げることを目指しています。
原発の安全性はしっかりとチェックしなければならないですが、安全性が証明されれば、当局はくずくずしないですぐ認可してほしいものです。

語源
Etymology Dictionaryによれば、a back formation from procrastination or else from Latin procrastinatus, past participle of procrastinare "to put off till tomorrow; defer, delay." とあります。procrastinationからの逆成か、ラテン語のprocrastinareの過去分詞のprocrastinatusが由来のようです。procrastinationですが、proは「先に」、後ろは、crastinusのことで「明日への帰属」という事らしいです。「明日に先送りする」と言う感じでしょうか？
意味
Oxford Learner's Dictionariesによれば、to delay doing something that you should do, usually because you do not want to do it と説明があります。「（やるべきこと）を遅らせる、ぐずぐずと先延ばしにする」です。
