さて、岸田首相は、今年の冬の電力不足への懸念に対処するため、今後最大9基の原子炉を稼働させることを推進すると述べています。
現在電力を供給している5基の原子炉は、佐賀県の玄海第4号、福井県の大井3号、愛媛県の伊方3号、鹿児島県の川内1号と2号です。一方、待機状態にあるのは、福井県の美浜町3号、大井4号、高浜3号、4号、九州電力の玄海3号です。
あまりにも審査が厳しすぎて、そして何かあったら大変なことになるので行政もおちおち承認のハンコを押せないのが現状だと思います。
個人的には、やり過ぎだとは思います。
全国世論調査では、原子炉が原子力規制委員会によって設定された安全基準を満たしている限り、54％が再起動を支持し、一方、37％は反対しています。
この37%の人たちは、原子力発電の事や、安全対策の事を勉強した方が良いと思います。
勿論、反対している37%の人たちは、大いに節電に貢献しているか、高価な太陽光発電設備で家の電力を賄っていらっしゃるんですよね。

Etymology Dictionaryによれば、early 15c., from Late Latin iniunctionem (nominative iniunctio) "a command," noun of action from past participle stem of Latin iniungere "impose, inflict, bring upon," literally "attach to," from in- "on" (from PIE root *en "in") + iungere "to join together," from nasalized form of PIE root *yeug- "to join."です。後期ラテン語のiniunctionem由来で、そして、これはラテン語のiniungereから来てるようです。iungereはジャンクションの事だと思いますが「つなぐ」です。これにinがついています、解釈がよくわかりませんね。とにかく、「つなぐ」が元の意味だと思います。
意味
Oxford Learner's Dictionariesによれば、an official order given by a court that demands that something must or must not be done、a warning or an order from somebody in authorityと説明があります。「命令、訓令、指令、(法廷の)差し止め命令、禁止命令」の意味です。法律用語では「差止命令」です。「つなぐ」から、どうやってこのような意味になったかは謎です。
