さて、昨日に続き国連に関する話題です。

バイデン大統領は同日の国連総会での演説で、日本が長年望んでいる国連安保理の加盟国拡大への支持を表明しました。詳細は不明ですが、日本、インド、ドイツを国連安保理加盟国の候補と見なしているようです。

この3カ国は、経済的にも世界に与えるインパクトは大きいですからね。

将来の常任理事国は、米、日、独、英、仏、印、で中共ってどうする？でしょうか。まぁ、今の体制を壊してからの話ですね。赤の国の中共とロシアは必ず反対するでしょうから。

ラテン語のtenet「彼が保持する」が由来です。これは動詞tenereの直説法能相現在第三人称単数形という事です。「保有する」という意味です。

Oxford Learner's Dictionariesによれば、one of the principles or beliefs that a theory or larger set of beliefs is based onと説明があります。「〔宗教・政治・大きな信念体系などの基本的な〕教義、信条」の意味です。

shamelesslyは、in a way that shows that you do not feel ashamed of something you have done, although other people think you should の事です。
overtは、done in an open way and not secretlyです。
