首都モスクワを拠点とする人権監視団体OVD-Infoによると、32の都市で24日、724人が逮捕されたとのこと。
プーチン大統領は21日、部分的動員令で軍務経験がある予備役約30万人を招集すると発表。これに対する広範な抗議デモが勃発しました。
ウクライナ東部・南部の4州ではロシアへの編入の是非を問う「いんちき住民投票」を実施中ですが、結果が出る前からロシア側が編入を前提とした招集を強行している可能性があるようです。
ロシアは相当兵力が足りてないのでしょうね。
