さて、またまた日産の話です。最近は多いですね。
日産と仏自動車大手ルノーの例の提携見直し協議が難航しているようです。
電気自動車の特許を巡り、権利の取り扱いなどで双方の駆け引きが激化しています。主張の隔たりは、長年の課題だった資本関係見直し交渉の遅れにもつながっています。
特許交渉には、過去の権利に加え、航続距離を延長するカギとされる「全固体電池」なども含まれています。
ルノーのEV事業には米グーグルやクアルコムも参画したようです。
日産は全固体電池の開発で少なくともルノーよりは先行しているようですが、ルノーのルカ・デメオ最高経営責任者は「われわれもEV特許は持っている」と強気の姿勢だそうです。
最後は政府に入ってきてもらって、日本の技術を守ってほしいものです。ただ、トヨタほど日産にあるとは思えませんが。

Etymology Dictionaryによれば、1560s, "of the nature of a bull," from bull (n.1) + -ish; stock market sense of "tending to advance in price" is from 1882. です。で、bullは、"male of a bovine animal," c. 1200, bule, from Old Norse boli "bull, male of the domestic bovine," perhaps also from an Old English *bula, both from Proto-Germanic *bullon- とあります。
bull＋ishで、bullは、古ノルド語のboli、古英語の*bulaで、どちらもゲルマン祖語の*bullon-から来てるようです。雌牛のことです。
