remunerationは、昔受けたTOEICで出たような。レベル17の単語です。
さて、2023年が明けました。私の場合、あと2年で定年退職なのですが、今年も定年後も長らく稼げるを男を目指して準備を着々と進めたいと思います。
今日の記事は、ビジネスに関する日本の魅力についての話です。
スイスの調査機関の調査によると、日本は2022年、人材の獲得と維持について63カ国中41位となり、前年から2つ順位を下げるとともに4年連続で順位を落としました。これって、日本で働くことに魅力はないという事ですね。
別の調査では、日本は 2021 年の労働生産性の点で 38 の経済協力開発機構の加盟国のうち 27 位にランクされ、前年から 1 つ順位を下げ、史上最低のランキングをマークしました。
日本生産性センターが12月に発表した報告書では、労働者が1時間あたりに生産できる商品やサービスの価値で測定すると、日本の労働生産性は49.9ドルでした。
世界1位のアイルランドはなんと139.2ドルだったそうです。意外ですね。
日本の場合、女性は結婚してパートで働く場合が多いとか特殊事情もあるかと思いますが。それにしてもという感じです。やはり日本人の給料は安いのではと思います。

古フランス語のremuneracion、ラテン語のremunerationem、remunerariが由来のようです。remunerariは、re-「後ろに」＋munerari「与える」と分解されます。
