さて、中国で国会に相当する全人代が5日、北京の人民大会堂で開幕します。2023年の実質経済成長率として5%台の目標を掲げるようです。

昨年１０月に開かれた共産党大会では習総書記の異例の３期目が確定し、最高指導部は同氏のイエスマンで固められてます。全人代では習氏の国家主席としての３期目続投や新たな経済チームが承認されます。
