さて、久々に日産とルノーの話です。
日産とルノーによる株式の調整は、二つの自動車メーカーの経営の柔軟性を高めると思いますが、うまく機能していたかどうかわからないアライアンス効果は以前よりも少なくなるでしょう。
ルノーのルカ・デ・メオＣＥＯは２月の記者会見で、アライアンスには「妥協の文化」があり、２社は時に調和を過度に強調し、各パートナーが最適な解決策を追求するのを妨げていたと述べています。やっぱり、外にはうまくいってたようなことを発表してましたが、実はうまく機能していなかったようです。
会社の発表なんて、どこまでが本当で、どこからが嘘というか希望的観測で言ってるのかわからないですね。
日産は、独自の成長戦略を描けるのでしょうか？トヨタやホンダと比べて、人を集めにくい（むしろ辞めて出ていく）状況で。。
