concealは復習です。この単語はレベル5、英検2級以上、TOEIC® L&Rスコア600点以上の、割と普通に当たり前の単語です。
さて、国際刑事裁判所（ICC）は17日、ウクライナの子どもの違法連行をめぐる戦争犯罪の疑いで、プーチン大統領に逮捕状を出しました。
また、ロシアのマリア・リボワ・ベロワ大統領全権代表に対しても同様の疑いで逮捕状を出しました。
ICCには123カ国が加盟しており、ロシアは加盟していませんが、プーチンがこれらの123カ国に入ったら、逮捕されるという事になります。世界がロシアのウクライナへの軍事侵攻を強く非難しているのを示したものです。
即効性や実効性はないのかもしれませんが、近くロシアを訪問する予定の中共の習近平に少なからず影響が出てきそうですよね。
あからさまにロシアの味方に付くと、中国の国際的な立場を危うくしかねないので相当慎重になると思います。
プーチン含めた政権幹部は、近い将来に国際刑事裁判にかけられて、相応の罪を償ってもらう事になるでしょうね。
