さて、中共は日本人へのビザ（査証）発給手続きの暫定停止を発表しましたね。この措置について、中共は、一部の国が実施している中国からの入国制限に対抗するための「対等な措置」だと説明しているようです。

しかし、やはり中共って、まともな国ではないことが改めてわかります。

これに対して、日本政府は、外交ルートを通じて中国側に「極めて遺憾だ」と抗議してます。そうです、またまた遺憾砲です。意味のないことをなぜ日本政府はやるのでしょうか？さっさと日本も中国人へのビザを停止すれば良いと思います。

なぜ、一歩踏み込んだことが出来ないのでしょうか？

さて、岸田首相は、月曜日から欧州、カナダ、米国を訪問し、5 月に予定されている G7 サミットの成功の道筋をつけようとしています。

金曜日にバイデン米大統領と会談し、北朝鮮の核とミサイルの開発、ロシアのウクライナに対する侵略、中国と台湾との緊張について話し合う予定です。

政府は、平和憲法の下で、防衛政策の大きな転換として、防衛費を増強し、敵の基地を攻撃して外部からの攻撃を抑止する能力を獲得することを決定しました。

反撃能力を開発する取り組みの一環として、岸田政権は、4月からの2023年度の予算で、米国製長距離トマホーク巡航ミサイルを調達するために2113億円（15億8000万ドル）を割り当てています。

防衛費をGDP比で倍にすることは知ってましたが、トマホークを買うのは初めて知りました。必要なことはわかりますが、財源はどこなのでしょうか？

nuisance

今日は"Japanese researchers begin study into electricity generation from snow"と言う記事からです。

さて、青森市で、地元のＩＴ企業と電気通信大学の共同研究チームが雪を活用した発電の実証実験をこの冬行うことになったそうです。

実証実験では、青森市浪岡地区にある廃校になった小学校のプールに雪を積もらせ、その中に張り巡らした伝熱管を通して得た低い温度と、太陽光などから得られた温かい温度の差を利用して発電を行うそうです。

小学校のプールを使って、一体何kWHの発電量が見込めるのか気になります。ペイするくらいの量であれば良いのですが。

今日は"Alzheimer’s drug made jointly by Japan's Eisai wins accelerated U.S. approval"と言う記事からです。

さて、エーザイとアメリカの製薬会社が共同で開発したアルツハイマーの治療薬「レカネマブ」をFDAが承認しました。

FDAの発表によれば、新薬を患者に投与した結果、アルツハイマー病の原因物質とされる異常なタンパク質「アミロイドβ」を脳内で減らす効果を確認し、病気の進行そのものを抑える効果があったということです。

日本の製薬大手エーザイが記者会見を開き、一日も早く日本でも承認申請する考えを示しました。

日本って、安全にはとりわけ気を遣う、というか副作用で何か起きたらどうしよう？をまず考えるので、すんなり承認と言う訳にはいかないと思います。

ちなみに、エーザイは、米国での標準的な価格は年2万6500ドル＝およそ350万円だそうです。

credenceは多分はじめてです。レベル13の単語です。

さて、賃金上昇が叫ばれる中、日本の実質賃金は 8 年間で最大の下落を見せており、インフレに見合った賃金上昇が達成されるにはまだ長い道のりのようです。

11月の日本の労働者の実質現金収入は、前年比で3.8％減少し、8か月連続で減少しました。

政府は、企業に賃金を上げろ！とお願いしているだけのように見えますが、企業がそうせざるを得なくなるような、何か具体的な手を打っているのでしょうか？

お願いするだけだったら誰でもできますからね。

foray

2023/1/6(Fri)はforayです。

今日は"Sony-Honda EV alliance unveils Afeela brand and Qualcomm partnership"と言う記事からです。

forayは初ですかね？レベル11、英検1級以上の単語です。

さて、今日は電気自動車関連の話題です。ソニーとホンダが、木曜日に電気自動車のプロトタイプカーを発表しました。また、インテリジェントモビリティテクノロジーに関する米国のクアルコムとのパートナーシップも発表しました。

Afeelaという名称だそうです。ホンダがクルマのノウハウを持っているのに対し、ソニーは画像センサーやAIなど、次世代のクルマづくりの鍵となる技術を持っています。

2026年春の販売で、2025年から先行予約を受けるみたいです。

もともと世界のEV促進は、日本の自動車メーカーをつぶすためにやっている事（だって中国や韓国などはエンジンを作れませんから）、これを逆手にとって、EVも日本のメーカーに太刀打ちできないことを証明してほしいです。

日本は、やはり技術で食っていくしかない国です。もっと、国や会社は技術者を大事にしてほしいものです。今のままだと、優秀な人は医学部を目指し、理工系でも優秀な新卒は商社に行き、技術をやりたい新卒は海外へ行き、その結果、日本の技術レベルが落ちていくのは目に見えてます。

今日は"Wage hikes and steps toward a nuke-free world top Kishida’s 2023 goals"と言う記事からです。

1/2から1/4まで鹿児島に帰省していたため今日から再開です。それにしても、南国鹿児島とは名ばかりで、特に私の故郷は九州１寒く、今回も氷点下5度くらいでした。一方で、夏は40度近くまであがります。

さて、岸田首相は、伊勢神宮を参拝した後の記者会見 で、持続的な経済成長を達成するために賃金を引き上げる事を強調しました。

また、日本の主要な懸念事項の1つである日本の人口減少を挙げ、この問題に対処するために、児童福祉予算を倍増させると述べています。具体的なやり方については、明らかにしていませんが、本腰を据えてやってほしいものです。
