今日は"Japan plans to seek G7 endorsement on discharge of Fukushima treated water"と言う記事からです。
narrativeは復習です。レベル7、英検準1級以上、TOEIC® L&Rスコア730点以上の単語です。一見難しそうですが、ナレーションという言葉は聞いたことがあると思いますが、それに関係する単語ですね。
さて、政府は、4月にG7会議開催時に、福島県にある原子力発電所の処理水を太平洋に放出する計画について、G7諸国の承認を求めるようです。
このため共同声明に、G7メンバーが処理水の処分に向けた「透明な」アプローチを「歓迎する」という文言を入れようと画策してます。
これはこれでよいとして、自国のずさんな管理を棚に上げて反対している中共と韓国はほっといても、風評被害で福島の漁業関係者に影響がないように策を練ってほしいです。

後期ラテン語のnarrativus、ラテン語のnarrareの語幹のnarrat-が由来のようです。このnarrareは、「伝える、関連付ける、詳しく説明する、説明する」の意味だそうです。

この動きは、日本の漁業関係者が計画に反対し続けており、近隣諸国の中国と韓国が懸念を表明しているため、低レベルのトリチウムを含む処理水の安全性についての放流ストーリを展開しようとする政府の試みを反映している。
