日本としては、台湾海峡の平和と安定の重要性を改めて確認する考えだそうです。
みんなで「心配だ！心配だ！」と言っても事態は改善しないので、国連を解体するにはどうやるかなどの議論もしてほしいですね。裏側の議論で、このような議題もあるのかもしれませんが。

フランス語のatrocité、ラテン語のatrocitatem(主格はatrocitas)「残酷さ、激しさ、荒々しさ」が由来です。「凶悪な行為」という意味は1793年からです。
