インスリン用の注射器って、液体が中にほとんど残らない構造になっているんですね。

新型コロナウイルスのワクチン接種について、京都府宇治市の病院はインスリン用の注射器を使用すれば1つの容器から想定よりも多い7回分の接種ができるとして、この注射器を使った接種を始めてるようです。

ワクチン不足に貢献しますね。

 補足 
decisiveはよく見る単語です。very important for the final result of a particular situation、able to decide something quickly and with confidenceの事です。後者はdecisive personの形でよく聞きます。
