さて、岸田首相ですが、政権発足時は、キャピタルゲインと配当税を引き上げることによって、金持ちが公正に税を分担することを公約を掲げてましたが、これを撤回しなければならなくなったようです。
年間30 億円以上の収益を上げている人のみを対象とするのだそうです。日本には年収30億円以上の人が200～300人いると言われていますが、かなり対象を限定したようです。
本来は1億以上だったようですが、起業家を育成し、日本のスタートアップを後押しすることは岸田政権の重要な経済課題なので、1億円以上の所得者に高い税負担を課すことは、起業家のやる気を失わせると考えたからだそうです。
しかし、こんなことやると、金持ちが日本から出てゆきませんか？税金を取る事だけ考えないで、無駄な出費を抑えること、それの努力を完全に仕切っていることを示してほしい。

「満足した」の反対の意味ですね。

Estimates suggest that there are about 200 to 300 people in Japan who earn more than ¥3 billion. The government had to narrow its focus in order to avoid reigniting a backlash from the markets as well as sending a message that contradicts other key economic policies. The new approach is also an attempt to respond to public discontent over the current tax system. *1
