さて、国会で、立憲民主党が、物議を醸している国防費、原子力発電、育児に関して、岸田首相に質疑を行いました。
特に、防衛費増税のための増税を議会での議論なしに首相が決定したとして、首相を激しく非難しています。増税前に解散総選挙を行うよう求めています。
国防費アップ、原子力発電再開、育児政策について、私は政府の意見に賛成です。但し財源を議論することなく、単に増税で賄おうとするのはおかしいです。
数量政策学者の高橋洋一氏によれば、特命委員会で防衛費の財源を検討中で、防衛増税についてまだ十分な議論がされていないという事らしいです。こんな状況で増税を言うなんて、どういう事なんでしょうか？

Etymology Dictionaryによれば、 from Latin precarius "depending on favor, pertaining to entreaty, obtained by asking or praying,",from prex (genitive precis) "entreaty, prayer"です。
ラテン語のprecarius「頼むか祈ることによって得られる、懇願に関する好意に応じて」、prex「祈り」が由来のようです。（他人へ）懇願することによって得られる、というのが大元の意味です。
