さて、全国の国税局が指摘した所得の申告漏れの総額は2021年と比べて29.1%増の7202億円。このうち富裕層の申告漏れ総額は、2021年と比べて72.3％増の839億円で、富裕層を対象に統計を始めた2009年以降で過去最高額となったそうです。
この裕福層ですが、野村総研は、純金融資産が1億円（745,600ドル）から5億円未満の世帯を「裕福な」世帯と見なしているそうです。2019年時点で、日本には124万世帯あると推定されています。5億円以上の超富裕層は8.7万世帯だそうです。このような裕福な家庭の数は、アベノミクスの開始以来着実に増加しています。
お金持ちが多いのですね、日本は。
税務当局は、所得の高い業種に対しては確定申告の徹底を呼びかける方針であり、脱税や不当な節税措置が確認された場合には、厳しい措置を取る用意があるとのこと。
日本で所得格差が拡大し続ける中、納税者間の公平性を確保することを目的として、富裕層が憲法上の納税義務をどれだけ満たしているかを税務当局は注意深く見守っているそうです。

Etymology Dictionaryによれば、from Old French afluent (14c.) or directly from Latin affluentem (nominative affluens) "abounding, rich, copious," literally "flowing toward," present participle of affluere "flow toward," from assimilated form of ad "to" (see ad-) + fluere "to flow" (see fluent). The especial sense of "abounding in wealth or possessions" is from 1753.です。
古フランス語のafluent、またはラテン語のaffluentem「豊富な、豊富な、多量の」が由来のようです。affluentemは動詞affluereの現在分詞形らしいです。ad-「～に向かって」＋fluere「流れる」と分解されます。「富や所有物に富む」という特別な意味は 1753 年からです。
