さて、韓国は、1日、104周年となる「3.1独立運動記念日」を迎えました。日本の植民地だった1919年3月1日に起きた、植民地期間中で最大の独立運動を称えるものだそうです。
日本が植民地化して、インフラの整備や身分制度の廃止など近代化を推し進めたというのは有名な話なんですが、尹錫悦大統領は「日本は過去の軍国主義侵略者ではなく協力すべきパートナー」と述べると共に、「国を失った過去を忘れると同じ事が繰り返される」と韓国国民に訴えました。
政権が変わる度に、態度がころころ変わる国ですから、日本は安心しない方が良いでしょうね。どうせ、革新派が政権を取ったら、先の馬鹿な大統領のようなことをやらかします。

moment「一瞬」と-ous「形容詞化」に由来してますが、意味がピンとこないです。
