少し、記事が古いですが、ペロシ米下院議長（82）が2日台湾を訪問しました。
これに対して、中共の反応がすごいですね。なにせ米NO3の人が訪台した訳ですから騒ぐでしょうね。
もしかしたら、中共が軍事行動に出るかもしれないと言っている記事もあります。
アメリカの意図は何でしょうね？
ロシアのウクライナ侵略で世界第二位の軍事力を持つと言われたロシア軍がそうでもなかったことが明らかになって、そのロシア軍をベースにしてる中国軍も実はしょぼいという事がわかり、アメリカは中共が軍事行動を起こしても勝てると判断したのでしょうか？

Oxford Learner's Dictionariesによれば、to develop and improve something, especially a skill, over a period of timeと説明があります。「〔能力などに〕磨きをかける、〔技能などを〕磨く」の意味です。勿論、to make a knife or other tool sharp or sharper「〔～を〕砥石で研ぐ」の意味もあります。
